Past (descriptive please!):Embry, along with Quil, is Jacob Black’s best friend on the Rez. With Jacob, he speculated about the “cult” that was growing in the LaPush area and Sam’s impact on the tribal council. Embry went though the change and became a werewolf like the other boys in LaPush. His change happened before Jacob’s, and since he couldn’t tell Jacob what was happening to him, he started avoiding Jacob. Once Jacob changed, they went back to being friends.
